The Peter Keil Art Shop offers original artwork directly from the artist and private collection. A submitted offer is not a completed sale. A sale is completed only after written acceptance, issuance of the private invoice and receipt of payment. The artwork, selected frame, price and delivery details shown on the invoice form the individual acquisition agreement.
We collect the information you provide when you make an offer or complete an acquisition, including your name, contact details, offer, delivery address and payment or shipping status. We use it to respond to you, administer offers, issue invoices, arrange insured delivery, protect the store and improve collector service. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers when necessary to operate the store, process an acquisition or deliver an artwork.
The store may use essential browser storage for your language preference and anonymous or approximate visitor statistics. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Shipping within the United States is free. International shipping costs depend on the destination and address; import duties and taxes are the collector’s responsibility unless the invoice states otherwise. Delivery normally takes 7–10 days after dispatch. Every shipment is insured and includes tracking.
Because every original is unique and framing or shipping may be prepared to your instructions, return and cancellation eligibility is confirmed before payment. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. If damage is visible on arrival, keep all packaging, take photographs and contact us immediately.
All artwork images, photographs, films, text, design and other site content are protected. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission from the rights holder.
